Creencia Doctrinal
Doctrinal Beliefs
La Biblia
Creemos que la Biblia es inspirada por Dios y tiene autoridad absoluta (2 Timoteo 3:16-17).
La Trinidad eterna
Creemos que Dios es tres en uno: Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo (2 Corintios 13:14).
La Caída del Hombre
Creemos que el hombre fue creado en la imagen de Dios, pero por voluntad propia cayó de la perfección (Romanos 5:12).
El Plan de Salvación
Creemos que cuando todavía éramos pecadores Cristo murió por nosotros, perdonando por completo a todos los que creen en Él (Juan 3:16; Romanos 5:8).
Salvación por la Gracia
Creemos que no somos justos y tenemos que llegar a Dios al recibir la justicia de Cristo (Efesios 2:8).
Arrepentimiento y Aceptación
Creemos que un arrepentimiento sincero y una aceptación de Cristo de todo corazón nos justifica delante de Dios (1 Juan 1:9).
Nuevo Nacimiento
Creemos que el cambio que ocurre en el corazón y en la vida en el momento de la conversión es tanto real como discernible (2 Corintios 5:17; Gálatas 2:20).
El Diario Vivir Cristiano
Creemos que es la voluntad de Dios que seamos santificados a diario, creciendo continuamente en la fe (Hebreos 6:1).
La Cena del Señor
Creemos en la conmemoración de la muerte de Cristo a través de la participación del pan y el jugo de la vid; que representa su cuerpo y sangre ofrecidos para nuestra salvación (I Corintios 11: 24-25).
El Bautismo en Agua
El bautismo es señal del pacto. Bautizamos por conviccion, ( Niños, Adolescentes y Jovenes donde los padres tiene como Señor y salvador personal. La iglesia se compromete a ayudar a ser parte del crecimiento del creyente.
También en los adultos, creemos que el bautismo por inmersión es una señal externa de la obra de regeneración interna (Mateo 28:19). Creemos en conmemorar la muerte de Cristo al tomar el pan y beber de la copa, los cuales representan Su cuerpo y Su sangre ofrecidos para nuestra salvación (1 Corintios 11:24-25).
La Vida de Plenitud en El Espíritu
Creemos que es la voluntad de Dios que caminemos diariamente por el poder y la santidad del Espíritu Santo (Gálatas 5:25).
Los Dones y el Fruto del Espíritu
Creemos que el Espíritu reparte dones al cristiano y que debemos manifestar fruto espiritual como evidencia de la llenura del Espíritu (1 Corintios 12:1-11; Gálatas 5:22).
Moderación
Creemos que la experiencia diaria del creyente nunca debe llevarse a extremos o fanatismo (Filipenses 4:5).
Sanidad Divina
Creemos que la sanidad divina es el poder de Cristo para sanar al enfermo como respuesta a la oración de fe (James 5:14-16).
Congregarse
Creemos que es la responsabilidad de cada creyente identificarse y congregarse con una iglesia local (Hechos 16:5; Hebreos 10:25).
Gobierno Civil
Creemos en la sumisión a las autoridades gubernamentales en todo momento excepto en las cosas que se oponen la voluntad de Dios (Romanos 13:1-5).
El Cielo
Creemos que el cielo es el hogar eterno de los creyentes (Juan 14:1-3; Apocalipsis 7:15-17).
El Infierno
Creemos que el infierno es el lugar de tormento y separación eterna de Dios para todos aquellos que rechazan a Cristo como Salvador (Apocalipsis 20:10, 15).
Evangelismo
Creemos que dirigir personas a una fe que salva es la responsabilidad más importante de la iglesia (Santiago 5:20).
Diezmos y ofrendas
Creemos que el método ordenado por Dios para el sostenimiento de Su ministerio es el diezmo y las ofrendas voluntarias (Malaquías 3:10; 2 Corintios 9:7).
The Bible
We believe the Bible is God-inspired and is our ultimate authority (II Timothy 3:16-17).
The Eternal Godhead
We believe God is Triune: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (II Corinthians 13:14).
The Fall of Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but by voluntary disobedience fell from perfection (Romans 5:12).
The Plan of Salvation
We believe that while we were still sinners Christ died for us, signing the pardon of all who believe on Him (John 3:16; Romans 5:8).
Salvation Through Grace
We believe that we have no righteousness and must come to God by receiving the righteousness of Christ (Ephesians 2:8).
Repentance and Acceptance
We believe that upon sincere repentance, and a whole-hearted acceptance of Christ, we are justified before God (I John 1:9).
The New Birth
We believe that the change which takes place in the heart and life at conversion is both a real and a discernible one (II Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20).
Daily Christian Life
We believe that it is the will of God that we be sanctified daily, growing constantly in faith (Hebrews 6:1).
The Lord’s Supper
We believe in the commemoration of Christ’s death through the partaking of bread and the juice of the vine; representing His body and blood offered for our salvation (I Corinthians 11:24-25).
Water Baptism
We believe that baptism is a sign and seal of God’s covenant of grace with us and our children. Baptism is the visible word of God that we are cleansed in Christ’s blood, buried with him unto death, that we might rise with him and walk in newness of life. We believe in the baptism of infants as well as older children and adults. The journey of faith that begins in individual baptism continues in the church community. Baptism is always performed in the context of a congregation of God’s people. Baptism is the mark of corporate as well as individual faith. The congregation commits itself to the spiritual nurture of the infant, child, or adult being baptized. Recognizing the symbolic cleansing and refreshing characteristics of water, we affirm sprinkling, immersion, and pouring as methods of baptism. (Matthew 28:19).
The Spirit-Filled Life
We believe that it is the will of God that we walk by the power and the healing of the Holy Spirit daily (Galatians 5:25).
The Gifts and Fruit of the Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit has gifts to bestow upon the Christian, and that we should show spiritual fruit as evidence of a Spirit-filled life (I Corinthians 12:1-11; Galatians 5:22).
Moderation
We believe that the experience and daily walk of the believer should never lead to extremes or fanaticisms (Philippians 4:5).
Divine Healing
We believe that divine healing is the power of Christ to heal the sick in answer to the prayer of faith (James 5:14-16).
Church Relationship
We believe that it is the responsibility of every believer to identify themselves with a local expression of Christ’s church (Acts 16:5; Hebrews 10:25).
Civil Government
We believe that governing authorities should be upheld at all times except in things opposed to the will of God (Romans 13:1-5).
Heaven
We believe that heaven is the glorious eternal home of born-again believers (John 14:1-3; Revelation 7:15-17).
Hell
We believe that hell is the place of eternal torment and separation from God for all who reject Christ as the Savior (Revelation 20:10, 15).
Evangelism
We believe that leading people to saving faith in Jesus Christ is the most important responsibility of the Church (James 5:20).
Tithes and Offerings
We believe that the method ordained of God for the support of His ministry is by the giving of tithes and free-will offerings (Malachi 3:10; II Corinthians 9:7).
